Which sports are most popular in America? Here are what is supposed to be the top 20!

Now i know you probably won’t disagree with the top 5 of these, but what would you do about the rest?

1. American Football - There is no doubt that this is the number one, the Super Bowl says it all.
2. Baseball - This is sometimes referred to as the number one sport, but American football gets more subscribers.
3. Basketball - A massive sport in America, not to be overlooked, it has earned its place here.
4. Hockey - It is difficult to get bored watching this, and the Americans love it for that.
5. Golf - Always considered a posh mans sport, and it is, except Tiger Woods really set it off for everyone.
6. Wrestling – One of the highest viewed programs on American TV.
7. Tennis - Now this may not be as popular as American Football, but it definitely a great sport.
8. Skateboarding - America really started this up as a sport, now it is worldwide.
9. Surfing - Although the Australians claim this, America brought this to life.
10. Ice Skating - Although you may not have really thought about it, it is quite a big one.
11. Boxing - will never be as popular as baseball, but when the big fights happen, there are not enough TVs for viewers.
12. Soccer - Slowly getting more and more money and players pumped into it.
13. Archery - you may not have thought of this one, but Americans do perform very well.
14. Volleyball – This was definitely going to be in here somewhere, what a great event, to take part in and watch.
15. Cycling - A great sport, America has yet to fully embrace it.
16. Track and Field - There is no question really that the Americans are best known for these events when it comes to the Olympics.
17. Horse Racing - Back in the day this was much bigger than Auto Racing.
18. Rock Climbing - The Americans have really taken to this, and they do have some of the best possible scenery for it.
19. Extreme Sports - Any Sport where injury is almost 100% likely.
20. Auto Racing - Is very popular, but it doesn’t come high because of the different opinions across America.
